Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

To be considered for this role, you should provide an updated project list and the following experience:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
2. Proven experience in project management, contract management, budget management, risk management, and strategic planning.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
4. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiation.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels and across various stakeholder groups.
6. A solid understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
7. Proficiency in project management software tools.
8. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
9. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an added advantage.
