Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 per year

Job Details

We are currently seeking a mid-level associate with experience in outsourcing and technology transactions for our offices in New York, Connecticut, or Washington, D.C. You should have substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating outsourcing agreements, including exhibits and schedules, as well as technology-focused commercial contracts. Familiarity with BPO, ITO, and cloud migration transactions is key, along with licensing, SaaS, and software development agreements. A solid grasp of data privacy is a plus, and the ability to manage complex transactions is essential for success in this role.
