Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage review and compilation engagements.
• Prepare business, individual, fiduciary, and not-for-profit tax returns.
• Draft and finalize financial statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct in-depth tax research and identify planning and compliance opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with partners on tax planning for closely-held businesses and individual clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or EA licensure (or actively pursuing).
• Minimum of 3 years of recent public accounting experience.
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office (ProFx experience a plus).
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tax and financial concepts clearly to clients.
