Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year

Mid-sized Family Law Firm looking to expand their Family Law Practice! The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 + years of Family Law experience and be licensed to practice law in Oregon. Their need is for someone who is empathetic, who can handle a full caseload right away, and who can strategize upfront for divorce and custody cases. Requirements:

• 3 + years of experience practicing Family Law (Custody and Divorce)
• Divorce and custody law trial experience in Oregon
• Meeting with clients in divorce and custody cases and effectively strategy planning with them (Ex: "I can do an immediate danger action in court tomorrow!")
• Desire to be in court
• Can take a caseload immediately without the need for practical legal training on divorce and custody law
• Extremely organized! They need someone who lives by their calendar!
• Compassionate and empathetic person who loves to help others and can get a long with a driven team that is prepared and diligent. (No bulldogs, here!)
• Experience working with Clackamas, Clark, Yamhill, Multnomah County Courts.
• Licensed to practice law in Oregon State is a requirement. If you have a Washington license too, that is a bonus!
