Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Our law firm is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney with a passion for client advocacy and justice. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing personal injury cases, we would like to meet you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from initial client meeting to resolution. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to serving the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Represent personal injury clients and manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to identify issues and potential claims.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
• Negotiate settlements in complex personal injury cases.
• Develop and implement case strategy in conjunction with the client's goals.
• Handle all aspects of the litigation process including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Georgia State Bar.
• Proven track record of successfully managing personal injury cases to settlement or trial.
• Knowledge of the latest personal injury law trends, principles, techniques, and applications.
