We are seeking a Community Account Manager to provide administrative support to homeowners’ associations and gated communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing board governance activities, coordinating property maintenance, and maintaining strong relationships with board members and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend board meetings (including evening meetings a few times per month) and record minutes.
• Draft agendas and prepare board packets for meetings.
• Collect and evaluate bids for property maintenance services.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities across community properties.
• Maintain a high level of communication with board members and community stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with board governance and community regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative or property management roles.
• Knowledge of board governance procedures, including minute-taking and agenda drafting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
