Responsibilities:
As an IT Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT services, ensuring that service level agreements and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Implementing and managing the ITIL service management framework, driving continual service improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Managing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it is effectively utilized to support our IT service management processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand their IT service needs and implement solutions that meet these needs.
- Leading incident and problem management processes, ensuring that issues are quickly resolved and that root cause analysis is conducted to prevent recurrence.
- Developing and managing the IT service catalog, ensuring that it accurately reflects the services we offer and that it is easy for our customers to use.
- Implementing robust change management processes, ensuring that changes are effectively managed to minimize disruption to our customers.
- Managing the IT service management team, providing leadership and guidance, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a strong focus on the ITIL framework.
- ITIL Managing Professional (MP) Certification.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, management, and customization.
- Experience in the Entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the unique IT service needs of this industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex IT issues quickly and effectively.
- A customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
