Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

We offer Civil Engineering & Surveying services; Civil Engineering & design support for site development projects from the conceptual phase through construction documents for small and large-scale Institutional, Schools K-12, College campuses, high-density housing, commercial development, residential development, public works, and parks/recreation projects. You will find a casual office environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-5 years of experience in land surveying, Associates degree, LSIT certification
• Knowledge of AutoCad Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, etc., and experience with survey equipment, such as GPS and Total Station

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing calculations for field work; Travel to job sites
• Download, process, analyze Data; CAD Drafting
• Research legal & survey records to obtain information about property boundaries, including: deeds, easements, vacations, dedications, right of ways
• Adjust conventional and G.P.S. control networks
