Call Expectation – Based on the number
of employees taking call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift
(Average for 8 week sign up period)

day

Type of staff:
o
Day Shift – Average of 8 RNs, 8 Scrub
techs and 5 Surgical support techs
o
Night Shift – One charge RN and one
scrub tech in house with call team backup

Patient Ratios – 1:1

Type of equipment – Variety of OR beds
and equipment

EMR - Epic
