Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and allocations
- Prepare periodic billing (monthly/quarterly) reporting
- Maintain fixed asset records and book depreciation
- Review and process credit card expenses
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and accruals on a monthly basis
- Prepare schedules and other requests related to financial statements
- Monitor expenses for reasonableness and allocate, if needed
- Serve as primary back-up for payroll
- Create, revise, and review policies and internal controls
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, as assigned
- Attend required staff meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
What You’ll Bring (requirements)
- 2+ years directly related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Able to work Monday – Friday
