TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Spokane, Washington, 99204 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Medical Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Information not provided Experience: Minimum years not specified License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations allowed) Must-Have: Valid Allied license in hand Job Description: - The Registered Nurse will work in a Short Term Acute Care / Level II Trauma Center / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. - The nurse will be part of a facility with a total of 629 staffed beds and is a teaching hospital. - Required to float between units and potentially between nearby sister facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. - No on-call duties are required. - Expected to work every other weekend. - Block schedules are not required. - Patient ratios are expected to be 1:5-6. - Scrub color is flexible for RNs. - Charting will be done using the Epic system. - Completion of non-billable modules is required pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours. - Full orientation of 40 non-billable hours is required. - Compliance with travel requirements and documents, including the last four digits of SSNRTO and relevant references, must be submitted on time. - Previous staff must wait three months before reapplying as travelers. - The flu vaccine status is currently unknown.
