Press Operator

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Press Operator to join their team. As a Press Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be a team player, and have a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.Job Title: Press OperatorLocation: Carol Stream, ILPay Range: $20.00 per hour (including shift differential)What's the Job? Operate presses to ensure parts are produced to specifications Learn to operate auxiliary equipment and use basic measuring equipment Check and provide all process components like lubricants and packaging Visually inspect production for defects Identify and locate proper material thickness and gaugeWhat's Needed? Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and team lift anything above this amount Must have steel-toed shoes Basic measuring equipment experience like gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc. Press machine operating experience preferred Availability to work Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 2:00am CSTWhat's in it for me?
