Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details
  • Work Hybrid (2-3 days in the office weekly)
  • Manage a diverse range of estate planning matters, including the creation and execution of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Lead consultations with clients to develop customized estate plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct legal research on estate, tax, and probate laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review complex legal documents, including estate planning instruments and asset protection strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive estate planning solutions.
  • Handle disputes regarding the validity of wills or trusts, and assist in resolving disagreements among beneficiaries or challenges to fiduciary conduct.
  • Provide guidance on tax implications of estate planning decisions, including assisting with estate tax filings and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Support the administration of estates, ensuring timely and efficient handling of probate processes and related legal matters.

Needed:

  • Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
  • 4+ years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
  • Strong knowledge of estate and tax laws
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead consultations effectively
