Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 per year

The Tablet Press Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering support, training, testing, and optimizing operations for tablet presses. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in tablet compression and press operations. This role is crucial for providing exceptional and prompt support to customers and assisting with press builds through quality checks and operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for tablet presses via email, telephone, or on-site service visits.

Conduct trials on new machines to ensure proper functionality before final approval and shipping.

Offer hands-on and classroom training, focusing on operational optimization and process knowledge.

Perform Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), calibrations, and other related functions at headquarters or customer sites.

Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of tableting operations and experience with tablet presses.

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to tablet presses and compression processes.

Strong communication skills.

Experience:

Prior experience in troubleshooting and servicing tablet presses or similar industrial equipment.

Experience with tablet press operations in the Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, or Vitamin industries.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach frequently. Must be able to lift, handle, and carry trays weighing up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, primarily locally.
