We are currently on the search for a Project Engineer Water Resources Hydrologist with a proven background in water and hydrology!

- Hydrogeologic Expertise: Develop and implement hydrogeologic conceptual models, water balances, and numerical models.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare reports and studies, including SGMA-compliant groundwater sustainability plans, water supply assessments, and urban water management plans.
- Effective Communication: Craft well-written documents and impactful presentations to convey complex technical information to a diverse audience.
- Project Support: Assist project managers and senior staff with project scheduling, budget tracking, deliverables, and progress reports.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 10 years of experience with water resources (engineering, planning or hydrogeology) projects.
- Water supply planning.
- Strong technical background related to groundwater scheduling, budget tracking, deliverables, and progress reports.
- Prior experience with any of the following: ArcGIS, MODFLOW, Python, R, MODFLOW6, IWFM, PEST.
- Nice to Have: Any knowledge of groundwater and water planning regulations (SGMA, Urban Water Management Planning Act, and/or Senate Bill 610 requirements) in California.
