TravelThe Johns Hopkins Hospital Cardiovascular Surgical ICU (CVSICU-Zayed 5 E) Experience Needed: Trained and worked in a dedicated Open-Heart Unit receiving patients directly from the OR. Required: RN License; BLS; current experience with recovery of post-op cardiac surgery patients in an ICU setting, Vent, CRRT, Swan, Epicardial wires/pacemakers, vasoactive gtts titration, level 1 IABP, ECMO Preferred: ACLS; Critical Care Certification, trauma course, EPIC 36 or 48 hour/week assignments The Johns Hopkins Hospital Cardiovascular Surgical ICU (CVSICU/ Zayed 5 East) is a 18 bed unit that provides care for patients who are recovering from cardiac surgery, cardiac transplantation, lung transplantation, the placement of ventricular assist devices, and other complex procedures. Nurse/Patient Ratio:1:1 or 1:2 36 or 48 hours week; PM or A/P Rotation Weekend rotation: EOW Call: 2 AVL call shifts per 6 week schedule Holidays: Every other/as needed Float as needed to area of like skill set/ ICU/IMC/CVPCU Agency onboarding dates (2nd 4th Mondays) October 28th November 11th 25th December 9th 23rdBenefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, weekly direct deposit, and more!
