I'm partnered with the CFO at a global, $250M well-known manufacturer located near Evergreen Park, IL (2-3 days in office). This client has their hand in manufacturing some of the coolest every day products! Due to the massive growth they have been experiencing, they are looking to bring on an Accountant to join their team due to an internal promotion.
Job Description
Accountant Responsibilities:Assist with the accounting department and the day-to-day operationsMonth-end and year-end process including fixed assets, prepaids, and payrollAssist in preparing the corporate financial reporting processesMonitor capital expenditures verses budgetLiaison between third party vendors when it comes to managing the lease accountingProcess sales and use tax monthlySupport various other accounting special projects essential to the company's needsAd hoc projects as requested
