Production Services, part of the Global Technical Services (GTS) organization, is committed to delivering cost savings, quality improvements, and supply assurance projects with excellence. As part of the GTS organization you will have a direct connection to championing both the consumer and your teammates to be well and thrive everyday. From delivering successful qualification of alternate raw materials or manufacturing locations to implementing process improvements to improve manufacturing efficiencies, GTS is focused on the customer and stakeholders ready to meet the business challenges head on.
The Production Services Process team is the technical experts on various processing projects. We sit on a corporate team, however, we are heavy partners with the plants to ensure great products and continued supply. That is achieved through activities such as: supplier qualifications, data analysis, critical thinking, specification development and/or refinement, laboratory testing, manufacturing line trials, and much more.

In this role, you will:
Lead the Global Central Engineering and Production Services Functions and ensure proper capability development and resource deployment across the enterprise to execute capital, engineering reliability, cost savings and project solutions.
Lead the enterprise capital budget, forecast update, and long range plan; drive accuracy in forecasting as well as execution of short term and long-term investments and strategic goals.
Lead Production Services activities that encompass but not limited to supply assurance, product/process changes, cost structure improvements and brand maintenance.
Provide active leadership to functional, disciplinary, and site leadership teams (e.g. Product Supply, Operations, Manufacturing, Operations Services, Technical Services)
Lead Enterprise Capital Planning and Portfolio Management: Provide world class execution of enterprise capital project plan (investments, asset maintenance, innovation and margin management projects). Manage and maintain tools for capital forecasting/delegation of authority and Internal Controls requirements as well as performance tracking and metrics that are shared with Enterprise Leadership.
Work as conduit with Product Supply organization to deliver results in the areas of Safety, Cost, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Empowered Tactical support.
Serve as the primary focal point for the Directors of Manufacturing with regards to Production Services and Engineering support. Direct GTS leaders to ensure resources are in place to ensure implementation success. Own the GTS Leadership Pillar on the Operations Services Leadership Team ("OSLT").
Serve as Strategy/Resource Leader across the Product Supply network to deliver capital and cost savings commitments. Highlight gaps to plan and ensure corrective/mitigating plans are in place. Develop global organization, processes, tools, and partnerships.
Lead Performance Tracking and Metrics for Enterprise Capital and Supply Assurance plans/processes. Includes ownership for the development of processes, scorecards and IT support.
Serve as Internal Controls Process Owner for Maintain Plants/Capital Spending and Fixed Assets.
Provide leadership to the Global Operations Services Leadership Team. Back-up for VP of Global Operations Services as needed as part of leadership structure.
What we look for:
15+ years in engineering and manufacturing operations management.
10+ years in people management (employee selection, placement, development/coaching, career planning).
Broad understanding of supply chain including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, Safety and Environmental, Regulatory Compliance, Internal Controls/Compliance
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge a plus.
Organizational leadership: ability to lead large organizations through change, shape culture and drive engagement.
Strong technical, business, and financial acumen
Process orientation, ability to lead large organization in increasing process discipline and executional excellence.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills (judgment, sound reasoning and thoughtful due diligence in decision making).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable presenting confidently in a large group and to senior level executives, effective listening skills, diplomacy and strong social skills in a variety of settings.)
Ability to influence up, down, across the organization, creating change as needed.
Ability to build strategic partnerships/ relationships which create win-win solutions and drive results.
Adept at managing in a hybrid on-premise/virtual/geographically-distributed environment.
Passion for results; driven to lead and manage with excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field (e.g. Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Packaging) or equivalent experience with a Business-related degree.
MBA, MS or several years in Consumer Products Leadership preferred
