Title: Senior Real Estate Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA

Summary:

The Senior Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of real estate assets, including acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to maximize the value of real estate investments and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement real estate strategies to optimize portfolio performance.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for acquisition or development.

Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts.

Manage the due diligence process for property acquisitions and dispositions.

Oversee property management activities to ensure operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to align real estate initiatives with business objectives.

Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting real estate operations.

Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.

Strong working knowledge of P&L impacts, EBITDA

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM) is a plus.

Proven experience in real estate management, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and financial analysis

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate finance.

Leadership and team management skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
