Location: Eagan, Minnesota

As a

Material Handler

you are responsible for transporting materials and finished product between departments and work cells. This is a very hand on position where you will participate in verifying quantitates for inventory, labeling parts by location, and shipping orders to our customers! May perform other assigned duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Identify, pick, label, and stock appropriately various product throughout the warehouse and manufacturing facilityOrganize, wrap, and stage finished orders for shipping appropriatelyLoad and offload trucks with product and/or raw material(s)Examine documents including; job orders, packing lists, invoices, etc. to verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipmentsProactively notify supervisor of material shortages in a timely mannerMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouseAbility to successfully obtain forklift certificationAbility to cross train to other departments as needed.Education, Experience and Qualifications:

Safety First attitude.High School Diploma/Equivalent6 months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility6 months of powered industrial truck (P.I.T.)/forklift experience.Basic computer skillsAbility to work overtime and weekends, as needed.Reliable and dependable attendance.Ability to communicate verbally and in written form with supervisors and co-workersMechanical aptitude preferred.Physical requirements include frequent reaching, gripping and carrying up to 50 lbs., plus frequent standing, stooping, bending, squatting, and walking.Schedule:

Second Shift - Monday-Friday 2:00PM 10:00PMRequirements

6 months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility6 months of powered industrial truck (P.I.T.)/forklift experience.
