We are seeking a Yard Operator to join our team in Byhalia, MS.
This position is on 1st shift with hours from
7:00am - 3:30pm
Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Replacing of the collection filters and cleaning filter boxCleaning of the spinning chamber and the gooseneckCleaning of the seal drum/ drive sprocket/ collection screenCleaning of oven ducting/ exhaust fans / hoodsCleaning Curing Oven filters and clean below Curing Oven when requiredCleaning Process Water tank and surrounding areaCleaning the collection fan, impeller, and duct work when requiredPreparing new sets of SPC filters (must always be ready)Pressure washing of the filter cagesKeep the tool storage areas clean and organizedGeneral cleanliness of the emissions buildingClean melter exhaust piping, collection auger area and LHC conveyorChange out cooling zone filtersClean cooling zone conveyor, ducting and fanClean recycle area and spinner waste screw augersClean SPC ductClean factory floor sump pitsClean afterburner and dispose of wasteClean all decksOffer ideas and suggestions for positive changesResponsible for cleanliness of the factory groundsRemove waste and place in appropriate binsEnsure the waste and raw material storage areas are organized and orderlyBasic Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The job is physically demanding at times. It does require good manual dexterity, good eyesight and good mobility. The position requires a high level of concentration.
Must be capable of performing the following with effective results and without personal injury:
The ability to lift 60 poundsThe ability to lift up to 120 pounds with another personThe ability to shovel heavy waste to shoulder heightThe ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions for 8-12 hours dailyThe ability to use sharp objects in a safe mannerAbility to wear protective + safety equipment
