Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and repairing precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures that are essential for our production processes. Looking forward to speaking with you! Key Responsibilities: Analyze blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine materials and processes needed for production. Set up and operate machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to create and modify tools and dies. Measure, mark, and machine metal stock to exact specifications. Assemble, fit, and test completed tools and dies, ensuring compliance with specifications. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of tools and dies to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to tooling and die-making. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
