Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: 10/7/2024Available Shifts: 8 DPay Rate: $2555.26 - $2944.11
PT needed asap7A-3P 8DayTypical schedule 4 10 hour days. Our non-eval appts are 45 min, I think evals are 75-90 minutes.Every other weekend rotationThis is mostly an outpatient based position, with some inpatient swing beds and nursing home patients. It covers 2 facilities Shelby and Cut Bank about 20 minutes apart. Each hospital has about 20 beds. Shelby has a regular census of 3-5 inpatients, Cut Bank 1-2 inpatients. Shelby has an attached nursing home, Cut Bank does not have one.
It’s a small rural area with a lot of outdoor activity. We are close to East Glacier National Park and Canada.Prefer At least 1 year of OT experiencePrior OT experienceEMR: Meditech and WebPTActive MT PT license in good standing; BLS (AHA); Covid/Flu Vaccination
