Responsibilities:Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and needsDevelop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functionImplement therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve treatment goalsDocument patient progress and outcomes accuratelyCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic careRequirements:Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of CaliforniaCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
