Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)

StartDate: 10/21/2024Available Shifts: 8/10/12 DPay Rate: $1980.00 - $2281.00

OT needed asapRequired to prioritize start of care visits• Required to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants• Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office• Be generally responsive during normal business hoursRequirement: CA OT License and one year of Home Health experienceTerritory: Alameda, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the fieldDocumentation System: KinnserEquipment Issued: iPad, Ring CentralMileage Reimbursement: $0.655/mile (from first to last patient)Parking and Toll Reimbursement: PaidCompany Car: Option with a decreased bill rate
