o 2+ years Sonographer/ULT experienceo RVT disciplineo ARDMS certificate MUST be includedo NH MIRT license required --- Temp license in effect however, if Candidate does not have an out-of-state License, NH MIRT license may be delayed in being issued.o Work History going back at least 7 years --- (will be required for Compliance verification purposes)o Skills Checklisto At least '2' supervisor reference included - MUST be from within previous three years of employment/contracto Licenses & Certificationso COVID Vaccination card w/ boostero NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapyo ARDMSo BLS (AHA)
