is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Troy, PA for a 13-week contract with the possibility to extend.�The ideal Therapist will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the geriatric population.�New grads are encouraged to apply.�This can be a travel or a local assignment.��Responsibilities of a SNF Occupational Therapist: Provides inpatient care to patients who are undergoing rehabilitation or recovering from an illness, injury, or disability Provides rehab services to residents Completing an assessment of each patient's needs Work with other staff members to come up with treat plans Focus on helping patients gain strength and skills to perform daily activities and tasks Help patients learn to perform tasks using new equipment such as a cane or wheelchair Submits all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basisPioneer Healthcare Services
