PT needed for 13 weeks in Evanston, IL with an ASAP start date.
Must be IL licensed and have BLS.

1+ yrs exp; Outpatient Setting; IL Lic; AHA BLS; Outpatient clinic located within a Hospital. High volume clinic. Will need a strong experienced therapist if possible. Modalities are not used in this location.
