Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)

Extremely busy and fast paced environment serving a 500-mile radius. Level 2 trauma center, Stroke accreditation, 800 inpatient bed hospital, 80 ER beds. The volume and pace required to work here are that of level 1 trauma center

Role: Interventional TechnologistShift: 4x10’s, DaysWeekly Guaranteed Hours: 40Call Requirements: To be discussed during interviewLicenses: Requires American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) R.T. (R) certification or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS). State of Nevada Radiation Control Program License.Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS within six months of hire required. Renown: Intro to ECG Interpretation class required within 6 monthsExperience Required: No experience required. Preference will be given to applicants withCardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV), Cardiac InterventionalRadiography (CI), or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI). Applicantswith experience in hospitals with computer system operations will be given preference.

Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period. Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours, for low census per 13-week contract. This may be full or partial shifts. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
