Expeditor
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Expeditor to join our team. As the Expeditor, you will act as a crucial link between the kitchen and Front of House staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will be instrumental in coordinating food orders, expediting food preparation, and delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities will include...
Have a deep understanding of the presentation and components of every dishBe the liaison between the kitchen and the floor Keep Chef informed of any special dietary needs and special requestsOffer every guest a friendly and sincere welcome; anticipate, be responsive and fulfill each guests' needs; thank every guest and offer a fond farewellEmbody the Tacombi Service Culture and ensure the Tacombi Experience is carried throughout all interactions with guestsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, professional appearance and demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction; ensure work station and uniform are always cleanBe knowledgeable of restaurant policies, Tacombi Brand values as well as the menu items and their presentationPrepare station by setting up and stocking appropriately to ensure overall readiness before service adhering to Tacombi's sidework checklistAlways adhere to Tacombi safety policies, service rules, department of health guidelines and Tacombi Mexican Hospitality pointsObservant to Guest need's throughout dinning experience to ensure they receive high quality serviceYou should have...
Strong teamwork and good communications skillsStrong organizational skills and detail orientedFlexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidaysMinimum 1-2 years of experience as an ExpeditorHave a positive attitude and be passionate about guest serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced, energetic environmentAbility to handle and move objects of up to 20lbs
Pay rate is $25/hour
