This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with business partners, product/platform owners, and subject matter experts to solve complex business problems and deliver value to MPC. This role is vital to the support, development and enhancement of Finance systems and processes. It will also ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise technologies. Responsibilities include driving critical projects, delivering value-added enhancements, gathering, and documenting business requirements, and coordinating user testing. The role may involve process documentation, system configuration & integrations, and report design. A major opportunity with this role is learning and supporting the functionality of applications across the corporate functions organization to allow for effective planning and delivery of future value-add projects.This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level. The actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidates experience and qualifications.Key Responsibilities
Leads improvement recommendations and presents effectively to senior and executive management and global teams.Analyze existing processes across business domains and identify areas for optimization and automation. Use business process modeling techniques to document as-is and to-be processes, identifying gaps and proposing streamlined solutions that align with business objectives.Presents and leads client meetings with the business and development teams. Communicates with senior leaders for understanding and execution of cross functional complex processes and applications to solve client requirements.Provides recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.Partners with business teams to develop ways to investigate business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.Leads and serves as a senior resource on cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.Serves as a resource to colleagues, mentors and helps improve the teams abilities around all IT Service Management (ITSM) disciplines deployed.Leads the development, execution, and creation of the cross functional testing strategy communicating with all stakeholders for technology delivery.Build relationships within various IT departments to leverage skillsets and services to deliver value as part of the overall digital transformation, including the Analytics & Innovation team, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture and Performance Excellence.Leads the planning, conducting and documenting of user stories, user feedback. Effectively communicates feedback with senior leaders for technology improvement.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to business partners and ensure alignment on future roadmap opportunities.Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in information systems preferred, related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of relevant experience requiredExperience in SAP Treasury & Risk Management processes, In House Cash, Bank Communication management, Bank Accounting, AP/AR and Treasury Payment Processing is preferredSkills
