Job Requirements:A B.S., M.S. or D.P.T. degree in Physical Therapy·
Possession of a current New York State License in Physical Therapy.·
Ability to physically lift and assist patients in hands on care.·
Minimum of one year experience in Long Term Care/Home Care setting as Physical Therapy·
Recent Home Care experience (within the last year)Job Certifications:- BLE (American HEart Association ONLYTemporary--13 Weeks
