Free-standing Outpatient Clinic seeking Physical Therapist coverage for 3 months. The ideal start date is 10/14. Schedule will be Monday - Thursday, 9:30am - 6pm, Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, and 40 hours are guaranteed per week. Candidates must have 1+ years to be considered. Must have an Indiana state license.
