Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)

Pay Rate: $1909.00 - $2200.00
OT needed for 13 weeks in Suffolk, VA with an 11/11 start date.
Must be VA licensed and have BLS.

Required QualificationsOccupational Therapist, OutpatientExperience: 1 yearLicenses: OT-VAReferences: 1 Reference in entire work historyPrefer to have a CHTMust have hand therapy experiencesee a great deal of post-op patientsVA LiscenseMust start on 11/11- 10 week assignment
Preferred Qualificationsn/asplit position - between Mary Immaculate Hospital (2 Bernardine Drive, Newport News, VA- 23602) & Harbour View (5838 Harbour View Blvd, #130, Suffolk, VA- 23435) - Travel time is paid only between clinics (26 miles and approx. 31 minutes)
- The agency staff member would be paid for the 30 mins of drive time from 1 clinic to another, not back at the end of the day
