Job SummaryAs the Application Program Manager (SAP Warehouse Management) you will be responsible for developing project plans, communicating progress, collaborating with teams, and continuously improving program management processes.

Job DescriptionThe

Application Program Manager (SAP Warehouse Management)

will provide support for SAP Materials Management and SAP Warehouse Management, ensuring alignment with operational strategies and effective project execution.

This position is full-time, hybrid, and a long-term contract.What Youll DoProvide support for SAP Materials Management and SAP Warehouse Management

Develop an understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results

Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies

Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management

Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met

Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards

Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices

Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes

Work in needed areas to provide application support for the agencys workload demands

What Youll NeedRequired:Ability to develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets

Strong communication skills to effectively convey project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management

Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve program and project goals

In-depth knowledge of program management processes and standards, with a commitment to ongoing evaluation and improvement

Experience providing day-to-day support and making informed decisions to drive results in alignment with operational strategies

Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure program and project goals are met

Ability to adapt to changing requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet business needs.

Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:SAP Materials Management (MM)

SAP Warehouse Management (WM)

Desired:SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

SAP Mobile

Physical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
