Required Skills & Experience
Day to day:This individual will provide technical support while overseeing the status of all incidents and requests, reporting to the PC Support Supervisor and the Sr. Manger of IT End User Support. They should proactively identify, research, and resolve technical problems. They will oversee configuring laptops for new hires and break-fix, image works stations, inventory of equipment, update tickets, mobility support, and any other duties assigned by the team.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
