( FNP, ANP, AGNP ) or
Physician Assistant (PA)
to join our established primary care team in
Fairfield County, Connecticut . This full-time outpatient role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients, with a focus on professional growth and excellent work-life balance.

Greater Fairfield area, CT Schedule:
Full-time, weekdays only Clinical Responsibilities:
Manage new patient consultations Provide continuity of care for current patients Diagnose and treat multiple comorbidities Efficiently document patient visits using the EMR system
Requirements
Licensure:
Active or pending Connecticut medical license Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioners:
FNP, ANP, AGNP Physician Assistants:
PA
Experience:
Clean medical record and a passion for patient-first care Benefits
