What You'll Do:
Set up and operate CNC press brakes to maximize production.Ensure all safety and ISO 9001 standards are met.Train and guide machine operators to achieve optimal performance.Maintain a clean and organized workspace while performing routine maintenance.This is a 1st shift only: M-TH 6am to 3pm AND Fridays 6am to noon
Qualifications:

Responsibilities
SUMMARYSets up and operates CNC Press BrakesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. The Plant Manager mayassign other duties.Reads work order or follows oral instructions to complete assigned tasks.Sets up machine efficientlySet up press brake to ensure maximum production.Operates press brakes with attention to quality and productionCheck to ensure all machines are set up to meet safety requirementsEnsures all data entered into company data collection system is accurateTraining machine operators and directing their work as neededAttaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.Ensure that all ISO 9001 procedures relevant to the job are being followedUses dispatch display to determine which jobs to set up next, following company scheduleIdentify and capture and record work instructions required to ensure the job operations are set up and runcorrectly and consistentlyMaintains cleanliness and organization of work areaEnsure equipment is in good working order and report if anything needs maintenance
