Established in 2009, NYC Alliance has become a leading, vertically-integrated, multi-channel apparel company that seamlessly connects demand to supply.Associate Designer, Juicy CoutureThe Associate Designer for Juicy Couture will collaborate with the design team to create vibrant and chic designs that embody the essence of the brand, focusing on contemporary fashion trends.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of seasonal collections that align with Juicy Couture's brand identityCreate sketches, tech packs, and detailed design specificationsConduct market research to identify trends and inspiration relevant to the brandCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and productionParticipate in design reviews and presentationsWork closely with sample makers to ensure design accuracy and qualityStay informed about competitive brands and market positioningRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field1-3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women's apparelProficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong understanding of fabric, color, and design principlesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaborativelyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPassion for fashion and an understanding of the Juicy Couture aestheticBenefitsCompetitive compensation packagesMedical, Dental, Vision, FSARetirement Savings Plan MatchSummer FridaysDiscounts and More!Annual Salary $65,000 - 70,000The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
