EMR Requiredo Mckesson PACS experience encouragedo Work Historyo Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 yearo 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)o License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License, ARRT
