Responsibilities:Provide Speech Therapy services to residentsInitiate referrals as appropriate, and in accordance with department proceduresInterpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family, and other team members, and coordinating treatment plans collaborativelyEvaluate residents to gather data for treatment planningDevelop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals and supervise and direct Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) in implementing these plans.
Qualifications:A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programState licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
