Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.Requisition ID:38837BRTravel Required:Up to 25%Major/Essential Functions:Assist in implementing youth protection policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and institutional standards.Help design and deliver training programs for faculty, staff, and volunteers on youth protection practices, including mandatory reporting, backgrounds checks, and appropriate interactions with youth.Provide guidance and support to Program Operators and departments on youth safety practices.Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting and managing incidents related to the safety and protection of youth.Manage Texas Tech University's youth protection software, including analyzing software data and generating reports to track compliance, incidents, and program effectiveness.Collaborate with relevant Texas Tech University departments (Office of Student Life, Texas Tech Police Department, University Student Housing, Athletics etc.) to ensure a coordinated approach to youth protection.Maintain accurate records of youth protection training, incidents, and other compliance activities.Other duties as assigned.Grant Funded?:NoMinimum Hire Rate:4,000.00Pay Basis:MonthlySchedule Details:8am-5pm Mon-Fri as needed for emergency responseWork Location:LubbockPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related field.
