Could you be the full-time onsite Supplier Delivery Performance Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we're looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain and lean management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and proactive teammates. You'll ensure the seamless delivery performance of our suppliers to meet Alstom's stringent time and quantity requirements. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Industrial Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Production, Engineering & Industrialization, Finance), animate supplier delivery performances & risk management, and much more."
We'll look to you for:
Contributing to supplier delivery risks assessment and management,
Animating delivery performance with main stakeholders and performing root cause analysis,
Defining and following up on action plans to improve supplier delivery performance,
Managing delivery crisis situations, whether mono-Site or multi-Sites,
Leading the Resident program and ensuring Action Plan report updates for Top Worst Suppliers,
Evaluating ad-hoc Supplier Capacity and Supply Chain Capability
