Axon's Key Account Leader for Top 1200 are responsible for selling Axon products and services to our law enforcement agencies. This is a quota carrying, external field position. Ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior level relationships, navigate across customer agencies and procurement processes, and lead the Axon team to success is required. The position provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training.

This role can be based in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or Maryland. Candidates must reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport in one of these states to facilitate travel.Reports To:

Director, Key AccountsManage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectivesDevelop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growthDevelop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositionsTrack customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunitiesCultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accountsFocus on customer's satisfaction, know the customer's business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accountsWork with and bring in experts/specialists where requiredOversee and know all account activities for your book of businessOwn account relationship and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accountsResponsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketingMay provide customer product training as necessaryAccountable for individual expense budget managementWhat You Bring:Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful customer facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) Sales ExperienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience managing a book of business of Major AccountsSolution or consultative sales experience working within complex sales processesData management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRMStrong understanding of Cloud and SaaSAble to travel 70% + (3-4 days a week on the road) including overnight travelAble to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings across technical and non-technical audiencesStartup experience & some vertical experienceLaw Enforcement / Public Safety experienceTeam Player: collaborate with various team members regularlyReady to own & drive the territoryBenefits that Benefit You:Competitive salary and 401k with employer matchDiscretionary paid time offPaid parental leave for allMedical, Dental, Vision plansFitness ProgramsEmotional & Mental Wellness supportLearning & Development programsAnd yes, we have snacks in our officesBenefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.The Pay: The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between USD 88000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 132000 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is USD $350,000. On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role will be a combination of base pay and the commissions target for the role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic market demands and often a combination of all these factors.
