Sites: Rancho Bernardo, Sorrento Mesa, Downtown, Santee, Chula Vista and Otay Ranch (Coming in 2025)All UC sites open 365 days/year: 8:00am-8:00pm.Flexible shift options!

(6, 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts)Practice a wide spectrum of

emergency-based medicine.Each site has in-house lab, radiology, and pharmacyVolume varies, average of 2 patients/hourBoard certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Board certification is required within 2 years of employment.Shareholder Track

(2 years for full-time; 4 years for half-time)Hourly requirements: 1.0FTE: 147 hrs/month; 0.8FTE: 128 hrs/month; 0.5FTE: 80 hrs/monthSign-on bonus

Benefited Urgent Care Physician hourly rates: $147/hr up to $163/hr plus bonuses and/or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans.
