Client Support Analyst

Client Support Analyst duties include interacting with clients via e-mail and over the phone to help resolve issues. If you possess these qualities, consider joining our legal service team in onsite role in California in the San Diego office Client Support Analyst Job Functions : Answer customer phone calls professionally, providing the highest level of service Act as a liaison with other Operations departments to obtain the necessary information to respond to customer inquiries or resolve customer issues. Respond to customer email inquiries promptly and address inquiries from start to finish.
