Dermatologist

An established dermatology practice in Visalia, CA is seeking a Dermatologist to join their team. This is a full-time position. They will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions, both complex and basic, including acne, rosacea, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis and skin cancer while working with an inter-disciplinary team consisting of other general dermatologists, a Mohs surgeon and physician assistants. Responsibilities: Provide outpatient dermatology services Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Develop and implement patient management plans Maintain a safe and clean work environment Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating general skin conditions Demonstrated leadership abilities Excellent patient rapport Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, and conflict resolution abilities Independent performer Current California Medical license Graduate from an accredited Medical School Graduate form an accredited Dermatology Residency program Benefits: Competitive compensation bonus structure Full benefits package 401k Medical, dental, vision options INDP Job Type: Full-time Pay: $400,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Experience: Dermatology: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
