Cases: General, no trauma, no CV, separate OB team Shift hours and schedule: 3-13s Estimated Privileging Timeframe: 30 days Regular Hours: Required In House Call: Required Weeknight On Call (Pager): Required Weekend On Call (Pager): Required Is there overtime expected? Yes Case Type(s): General MDs supervising CRNAs 2:1 ratio MDs doing their own cases EMR: EPIC Shift Type: 12 hour Must have an active state license Responsibilities Pre-anesthesia assessment Obtains and/or verifies patient consent Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition Performance of clinical intervention as needed Requirements Current license as a registered professional nurse Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists Never worry about your travel accommodations again In addition to our in-house travel team, IAS is proud to partner with Christopherson Travel for additional after-hours support.
