Manage and direct team initiatives in alignment with company goals. Establish and ensure best practices within scope of responsibility.

Responsibilities

Create and implement reseller consumer (SFU and MDU) sales programsOversee the consumer channel MDU and SMB new acquisition and account executives, including sales strategy, sales tactics and initiativesManage relationship with third party resellers selling through events, door-to-door, community engagement selling activities, etc.Collaborate with the Company's executive, senior and middle management to develop and support its long-term strategic growth planCollaborate to develop the channel's annual budget; work within approved budget; develop and implement cost saving measuresDevelop and implement strategic sales forecasting activities and plans to accommodate the Company's goalsReview market analyses to determine needs, price schedules and discount ratesPartner with consumer product and marketing team to drive the needs of the SMB and MDU channelDirect channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution; establish sales territories, quotas and goalsPrepare periodic sales reports; show sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansionDevelop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet overall Company objectives and generate revenue growthConduct analysis and provide metrics reports and daily sales and marketing status updates to the management teamDevelops standards for qualifying new leads and requesting site surveys to determine serviceability of prospects, including submission of ROI analysisMaintain thorough understanding of company service offeringsOversee contract terms with outside agencies, vendors and suppliers for sales related activitiesAchieve or exceed assign installation budget

Qualifications

10+ years related experience preferred, MDU and SMB channel experience is a strong plusBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience required; MBA or related graduate degree preferredDemonstrated sales management experience (at least 5-6 years) in telecommunications sales and sales leadership experience3-5 years business/financial backgroundExceptional strategic planning, account management and contract negotiations skills required. Experience in consultative sales techniques and account planning.A clear track record for consistently exceeding revenue goals. Success leading and managing sales teamsProven ability to hire, manage and motivate successful, solution-oriented sales teamsDemonstrated leadership ability, people-management and mentoring

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $89,528 - $135,571
