Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care, triaging patients based on immediate observation and acute assessment skills Work collaboratively with experienced Charge RNs and physicians to ensure seamless patient care Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices Requirements: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing Current state of Missouri RN licensure Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills BLS and ALS certification EPNC (or PALS) certification within one year of hire Previous clinical experience preferred About Belton Regional Medical Center: Our 80 bed acute care facility serves southern Jackson and northern Cass counties, offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services.
